CONTENT HIGHLIGHTS

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES THROUGH A PARTICULAR ACCOUNT OR ACCOUNTS AND IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE BUSINESS YOU REPRESENT (“YOU”) AND E SEVANA KENDRAM. BY REGISTERING FOR OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR THE BUSINESS YOU REPRESENT) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE SERVICE TERMS AND PROGRAM POLICIES FOR EACH SERVICE YOU REGISTER FOR OR USE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SHOOPP APP  AND WEBSITE.

SHOOPP PROVIDE TECHNICAL MOBILE AND COMPUTER BASED ONLINE SHOPPING ORDER SYSTEM FOR RETAIL& WHOLE SALE BUSINESS.

Entrolment

To begin the enrolment process, you must complete the registration process and signed this Business Solution Agreement (BSA). Use of the Services is limited to parties that can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable Law. As part of the application, you must provide us with your (or your business’) legal name, address, phone number, e-mail address, applicable tax registration details as well as any other information we may requested in this agreement.

Service Fee and  Payments

No Subscription Or Monthly Fee   Not Applicable for Shoopp. Seller should Pay Prepaid Service Charges against their Basic Service Fee Rs.1/Order.

Service Fee may be updated from time to time by Shoopp in accordance with its terms. It is available at https://shooppapp.com/pricing-details/ .

Product Listing

It is responsible of the Seller to Product Listing and Maintenance of Pricing and Inventory Update and Sales Promotion. Primary Stage Shoopp Technical team provide Pre-listed Model Excel Sheet for Product Listing. Sellers Can Update Product List in Prescribed Format and Get Help of Technical Support team for Product Listing. Seller should make sure the Stock of the Products before listing and should maintain stock records and report the product out of stocks information on Shoopp. Any risk related to Product Listing should carry out by Seller /Store.

Once you are accepted and signed agreement, you must apply to register each product you sell that you wish to include in the program in connection with the Shoopp App. You may not include any product in the registered category Product with.

Seller are responsible any Listing of  Illegal product including on the basis that it is an FBA Excluded Product or that it violates applicable Program Policies. You may at any time withdraw registration of any of Your Products from FBA in connection with the Shoopp App

Product Delivery

It is Seller responsibility to Delivery of the Product on time to the Customer as per the Order. Seller should make sure the Product Quality and Quantity and Price. They should make sure the best service for the customer for keep on regular business growth.

Customer Payment

Shoopp will not Collect any Payment from Customer. Seller Or store should Ensure the Payment of the Customer against Delivery /Order. We will not bear the risk of fraud in connection customer payment. Shoopp will not provide any payment gate way for online payment.
